Magic’s five colours (or colors for some of our friends) can be used to build not only mono-coloured decks but any combinations of two right up to five colours. Over time, these different permutations have picked up names that come from Magic’s lore. In all there are 26 permutations, not including single colours or combinations using colourless mana.
